Learning Management

Hopefully they're both!
At Instructional Dynamics, our focus is on learning and development - with training as a possible outcome. To accomplish this we employ Learning Managers and not professional “Trainers” or “Instructional Designers”.
Training focuses on an event and what the trainer does. The learner is a passive participant in the learning experience.
Learning focuses on the participant and what they do. The responsibility is on the learner to be an active participant in the learning process.
Learning Management begins with understanding the learning and development needs of an organization - and then determines the best approach to meet those needs. Our Learning Managers plan, organize, implement and direct a wide range of learning activities. This work results in a motivated and skilled workforce driven to fulfill the needs of their organization.
