Leadership Development (16 hours). For those who were not "born to lead", Instructional Dynamics provides training and guidance that has been designed (and proven) to foster leadership qualities.

Train-the-Trainer (8 hours). We teach existing and potential "trainers" how to facilitate (vs. train) effectively.
